About Adam Bogle
Hello, I am Adam Bogle, the Agent In A Kilt. I call Oregon home, and currently am very happy living in Ashland. I have been married to Sophia since 1992. Sophia is an expert book restorationist and the Communications Coordinator for TEN Realty. We have a daughter who went through the Ashland Schools system and went on the graduate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Oregon (GO Ducks)! Currently she works in Eugene and is the Virtual Assistant for TEN Realty.
Many people wonder why I wear a kilt. I in turn wonder why all men don’t. Once you get to know me, you will recognize that I have a dry sense of humor, am full of ideas and willing to share my opinion. If I say something that is a little hard to believe, it is most likely a joke. I frequently find people who don’t know me very well miss many of my jokes.
I specialize in Residential real estate in Ashland, Jacksonville, Medford and surrounding areas in Jackson County, Oregeon. I am consistently in the top 5% of Realtors in my area in sales of rural property, and have good experience with the added demands that rural property sales require.
I am a believer in the need for additional education. I have completed the courses to obtain and keep the top designation in real estate. The CRS (Council of Residential Specialist) designation. Also important is the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute), which I completed many years ago and am now one of a handful of instructors in the state of Oregon for other Realtors to achieve this designation.
I hope by reading my blog, you will get a chance to know me better, and understand that I am truly serious about the things that matter.
One of the things I am serious about is my work as a REALTOR. I started as a full time Realtor in 2004, and after working at a major franchise for 10 years I branched out to start TEN Realty Group in honor of my 1o years in the business and the 10% we donate back to the community.
