Eva began her career in the Title & Escrow industry in 1984 and was soon promoted to Escrow Officer and eventually Senior Escrow Officer/Branch Manager, working in the Ashland market for over 25 years. 

Eva does not include the word “no” in her vocabulary, focusing instead on what can be done.  She is very customer-service and problem solving oriented knowing that open two-way communication is a necessity to being a successful closer. 

Eva thrives on win-win situations wanting each person to take away a feeling that the transaction was mutually beneficial to all parties involved and handled in a professional manner.  According to Eva, “I love it when I can help the parties actually understand the process.  It’s an awesome feeling if I can help alleviate their stress along the way.”  When she’s not at work closing escrows, Eva loves spending time with her family, gardening, meeting new people and enjoying the beautiful Rogue Valley we call home.
