I actually bought my first house from Garett, although I didn’t learn that until 20 years later. And by that I mean I literally bought Garett’s house. He was not my Realtor, just the previous owner of my first house. It was a very funny story the random day that we realized that. I had known Garett for 10 years, and one random conversation over beers one night ended up in that weird revelation.
