Editorial: You will get a thorough inspection with Thorin. His prices seem reasonable, and he will do some basic inspection items that other inspectors won’t do. Specifically he will do a well flow test and take samples to the lab without the need of hiring a separate Well Test inspection. It saves money in the long run. However, I would suggest Thorin to buyers who have some knowledge of building, as he recommends getting additional tests by additional inspectors, and I feel he has a tendency to err on the side of making issues seem like they are very important to fix ASAP instead of looking at houses as having typical wear and tear. So an experience home buyer would be able to see what they think is critical, and what is superficial.
